Cuisine creole
🍲 Creole cuisine & circus tables
The cuisine at Cirque de Salazie is an experience in itself.
Generous and diverse, it reflects the history of the island and the daily life of the Highlands:
Family recipes, simple products, and a sincere welcome.
Here, we cook with the time it takes, and we gladly share around the table.

The scrunchie is the emblem of the circus.
It grows almost naturally thanks to the humidity and coolness of the highlands,
and comes in all forms: curry, gratin, fricassee, jam, cake or frozen dessert.
Around him, the great classics of Réunion cuisine:
- -chicken curry, sausage rougail, goat massalé, Salazie trout,
- -rice, grains, greens, homemade chilies and pickles,
- -Fresh fruit juices, punches and herbal teas from the Highlands.
A simple, generous cuisine that stays true to tradition.
